Delivery Times

Our store offers two different delivery models:

1. In-stock products within Turkey
Products in stock are generally handed over to cargo within 2-5 business days after order confirmation.

2. Pre-order products
Pre-order products are sourced from China and delivered to Turkey. The estimated delivery time for these products is typically between 18-24 days.

Delivery times for pre-order products may vary depending on the sourcing process, cargo volume, customs procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, or delays caused by shipping companies.

Shipping Companies

Orders are shipped through appropriate shipping companies based on the product's delivery type and delivery address. For shipments within Turkey, MNG Kargo, Yurtiçi Kargo, Sürat Kargo, PTT Kargo, or similar shipping companies may be used. For international sourcing and transportation processes, DHL, SF Cargo, or similar logistics companies may be preferred.

Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is displayed to the customer during the order process. The shipping fee may vary depending on the product's weight, delivery address, delivery type, and campaign conditions.

Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for entering the delivery address accurately and completely during the order. The customer is responsible for any delivery issues that may arise due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delivery Check

The cargo package should be checked upon receipt of the product. If the package appears damaged, opened, or compromised, a report should be requested from the cargo officer, and the situation should be reported to us.

Delays

Delays in delivery times may occur due to public holidays, campaign periods, high demand, customs procedures, weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or force majeure. In such cases, our customers will be informed.
