Return Period

Customers can return products they have received by initiating a return request within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the date the product is delivered to the customer.

Return Conditions

The product to be returned must:

- Be unused
- Not be worn out or damaged
- Have its tags intact
- Have its packaging undamaged
- Be in a resellable condition

Defective or Incorrect Product Shipment

In case of incorrect, missing, or defective products shipped due to an error on our part, necessary support will be provided to the customer. In this case, the shipping cost for the return or exchange process will be borne by the seller.

Discretionary Returns

If the customer requests a return because they do not like the product, change their mind, or for other discretionary reasons, the return shipping fee may be borne by the customer.

Refund

Once the returned product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions will be checked. If the return is approved, the product amount will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method within the legal period.

Depending on the processing times of banks and payment institutions, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in the customer's account.

Exchange

Product exchange is subject to stock availability. If the product for exchange is out of stock, the customer may be offered a refund or an alternative product option.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:

- Used products
- Damaged products
- Products with removed tags
- Products with damaged packaging
- Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Custom-made products
- Single-use products
- Products damaged by the customer

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order products are sourced from China and delivered to the customer. The delivery time for pre-order products can vary between 18-24 days on average. After the product is delivered to the customer, a return request can be initiated within 14 days, provided it meets the return conditions.
