Products stocked in Turkey are generally delivered to cargo within 2-5 business days.
Pre-order products are sourced from China and delivered to the customer. The estimated delivery time for these products may vary between 18-24 days on average.
Delivery times may vary due to the cargo company, supply process, customs procedures, public holidays, busy periods, or force majeure.
Returns and Exchanges
The customer can initiate a return request within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, with its tag and packaging intact, and in a condition suitable for resale.
In case of incorrect, missing, or defective product delivery, the customer can receive support. For discretionary returns, the return shipping fee may be borne by the customer.
